What to Expect

Acknowledgement (within 48 hours)

We'll confirm receipt of your request and may ask for identity verification.

Processing (up to 30 days)

As required by POPIA, we will process your request within 30 days. Complex requests may take longer, and we'll notify you if so.

Completion

You'll receive the requested data or confirmation that your request has been fulfilled via your registered email.
