1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Earnify website and mobile application (the “Platform”), operated by ABODIGITAL (Pty) Ltd, which owns Earnify (registration number 2015/253782/07) (“Earnify”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie and Local Storage Policy.

If you do not agree, do not register or use the Platform. These Terms are governed by applicable South African law.

2. Eligibility — Adults Only

You may use Earnify only if you:

• are 18 years of age or older; there is no parent or guardian consent route for anyone under 18;
• are an eligible resident of the Republic of South Africa and may lawfully enter this agreement (residents without a South African ID number may save passport details, and a passport may be accepted for identity verification where applicable);
• provide a working email address when the mobile app or an email-based sign-in method requires it;
• provide a valid South African mobile number for phone-based website registration, and when reasonably required for account security, verification, or a selected payout method; and
• have not previously been permanently banned from the Platform.

You must separately attest that you are at least 18. We may suspend an account where eligibility cannot be verified.

3. Account Registration and Security

• Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
• Create only one account per person.
• Keep passwords, one-time codes, and access tokens confidential.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• When using Google sign-in, comply with Google’s applicable terms as well as these Terms.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

4. How the Platform and Third-Party Offers Work

Earnify lets eligible users earn points from available tasks such as surveys, offer walls, app offers, quizzes, or other verified activities. Availability, eligibility, reward values, and verification times vary. We do not guarantee that any task or minimum earning amount will be available.

Some tasks are supplied and verified by independent publishers, advertisers, survey companies, or measurement providers. Their clearly presented offer terms and privacy notices also apply when you choose their content. A publisher may reject, reverse, or delay an offer where its completion requirements are not met or it detects invalid activity.

Current Android publisher: the native Android offer wall currently uses ayeT-Studios GmbH. ayeT is the current publisher, not an exclusive or permanent publisher. We will disclose any additional mobile publisher and its relevant data practices before activating it. Website-only integrations, including TimeWall and any Adcash-powered website task, are not part of the current Android app unless we expressly disclose a later change.

5. Points System

• Points are credited after Earnify or the relevant publisher verifies completion. Reversals may occur for duplicate, cancelled, refunded, or invalid activity.
• Points are personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value until an eligible withdrawal completes.
• Points expire only if your account is inactive for 180 consecutive days, meaning no login, no completed task or offer and no withdrawal request. If your account has an email address, we email you 14 days before that happens. This is subject to any notice required by law.
• Task availability depends on advertisers, eligibility and fraud-prevention controls. Earnify does not impose a general daily earnings cap. Proportionate account limits may still be used to prevent abuse or fraud.
• Any conversion-rate change will be communicated before it takes effect where required.

6. Withdrawals

• The current minimum for every available method is 5,000 points (R50). Because the processing fee is added on top, a minimum withdrawal needs 5,250 points in your balance.
• Available methods may include retail vouchers and supported cash-transfer methods. The app or site shows current availability before submission.
• Cash methods and higher-risk or higher-value requests may require identity verification. Do not submit another person’s identity or payout destination.
• A processing fee of up to 5% may apply (currently 5%). The 5% processing fee is added to the amount you withdraw. You receive the full amount you ask for, and the amount plus the fee comes off your points balance. The exact fee is shown before confirmation.
• Capitec and bank EFT payouts, payouts to a method added in the last 48 hours, and any withdrawal from an account less than 7 days old start with a 48-hour security hold. Payout times count from the end of the hold.
• Published processing windows: Retail vouchers, 1–24 hours; Capitec Pay, 1–24 hours; Bank EFT, 24–72 business hours. Displayed processing times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by verification, providers, banks, weekends, or public holidays.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not create duplicate accounts; misstate identity, age, location, or task answers; automate interactions; manipulate attribution; use another person’s account; exploit defects; interfere with systems; reverse engineer prohibited components; submit fraudulent payout details; or use VPN/proxy tools to evade geographic or anti-fraud rules.

8. Anti-Fraud Measures

We and our publishers may use IP, account, device, offer, and behavioural signals to prevent abuse. Suspected invalid activity may lead to review, delayed or reversed points, cancellation of a pending withdrawal, suspension, or termination. We may preserve or disclose records when reasonably necessary for a dispute, fraud prevention, or legal obligation.

9. Account Tiers

The Platform may provide tiers or benefits based on legitimate activity, verification, and other displayed criteria. Tiers show your progress on Earnify. They do not currently change reward rates, payout times or withdrawal limits, and a tier is never taken away. Criteria and benefits may change; the current product screen controls where it differs from an example or older description.

10. Referral Program

Referral rewards apply only when the displayed conditions are met. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, misleading promotion, and unsolicited mass messaging are prohibited. Invalid referral rewards may be reversed.

11. Intellectual Property

Earnify content and software belong to ABODIGITAL (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. Publisher content belongs to the relevant publisher, advertiser, or licensor. Except where law permits otherwise, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, unavailable offers, or a third party’s delay or rejection outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific number of tasks, or a particular level of earnings.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses arising from your unlawful use of the Platform, fraud, breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

15. Account Deletion, Suspension, and Termination

15.1 Deletion requested by you

You can request account deletion in the Android app under Settings → Delete Account, on the signed-in website through Profile → Delete Account, or—if you cannot sign in—through our public POPIA Request Form. We verify identity before acting. Data is deleted or de-identified except where limited records must be retained for law, security, fraud, payment reconciliation, or a live dispute, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Available points do not transfer to another account. Review and withdraw any eligible balance before confirming deletion; points that cannot or are not withdrawn are forfeited when deletion completes.

15.2 Action by Earnify

We may proportionately restrict, suspend, or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, safety risk, legal requirement, or discontinuation. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice or a route to appeal.

16. Dispute Resolution

South African law governs these Terms. Please first contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue in good faith. Nothing limits a right to approach the National Consumer Commission, Information Regulator, a court with jurisdiction, or another competent authority.

17. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for delay caused by events reasonably outside its control, including power, network, banking, provider, natural-disaster, civil-emergency, government, or major security events.

18. General Provisions

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These Terms and the linked policies form the agreement concerning Platform use.

We may update these Terms for operational, legal, security, product, or publisher changes. We will update the effective date and give appropriate advance notice of material changes where required. A new mobile publisher will not be activated until its identity and relevant data practices have been disclosed.
