How Earnify payouts work

The payout methods, how long each one takes, what a withdrawal costs and the limits at each verification level.

Payout times by method

Capitec and bank EFT payouts, payouts to a method added in the last 48 hours, and any withdrawal from an account less than 7 days old start with a 48-hour security hold. Payout times count from the end of the hold. Times can be longer on weekends and public holidays. Your withdrawal history shows when each payout is expected.

Verification and monthly limits

Your verification level sets which payout methods you can use and how much you can withdraw each month.

  • Level 0

    Unverified

    No verification needed.

    Payout methods: Retail vouchers.

    Monthly limit: R50

  • Level 1

    Email verified

    Confirm your email address with a 6-digit code.

    Payout methods: Retail vouchers, Capitec Pay and Bank EFT.

    Monthly limit: R500

  • Level 2

    ID verified

    Verify a South African ID number. No document upload.

    Payout methods: Retail vouchers, Capitec Pay and Bank EFT.

    Monthly limit: R5,000

A withdrawal needs a one-time code we email you if, with it, your withdrawals in the last 24 hours come to more than R50. Once your email address is confirmed, adding a payout method needs an emailed code too.

What you'll receive

The 5% processing fee is added to the amount you withdraw. You receive the full amount you ask for, and the amount plus the fee comes off your points balance.

The minimum withdrawal is R50 (5,000 points) for every payout method. Because the 5% fee is added on top, a R50 withdrawal needs 5,250 points in your balance.
