How we collect reviews
- Only members with a completed payout are asked, and only after they have seen it marked as paid.
- Everyone who received a payout is asked the same question. We don't choose who to ask based on how happy they seem.
- Nobody is paid or rewarded for a review, and a review never affects an account.
- Every rating counts in the totals above. Ratings cannot be edited or deleted by our team; a rating is removed only if the member deletes their account.
- Comments appear only if the member allowed it, without their name, after we remove personal information, abuse or spam. We never remove a comment for being negative.
